How to get started

1. Create an account.

  • Click on ‘Sign-in’ in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Complete the registration form.
  • Read the TERMS and CONDITIONS.
  • Click ‘Register Now’.

A verification email will be sent to your email address in a few minutes. You must verify your email address before being able to login to your new NED account.

2. Log in.

  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click ‘Login’.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot Password’ and we will email you a new one.

3. Complete your details.

It is important that you complete your personal and contact details; this allows other users to contact you regarding your offers or your enquiries. You will always be able to manage what information other people can see in your offers.

  • Once you have signed in to your new account click ‘MY ACCOUNT’ in the top of the screen
  • Click on ‘Details’ from the menu on the left.
  • Enter your first and last name or your organization name.
  • Click ‘Save’ and confirm your changes.
  • Click ‘Contact’ from the menu on the left
  • As you can see, your email address has already been added, if you wish to add a different one and/or a contact number, simply click on the ‘plus’ button and add a new one.

Note that you will only be able to use one primary email address and one primary contact number; this stops other users from spamming you with multiple emails.

4. Add a new offer.

Once you have logged in to your new account, you can create offers.

  • Click on the ‘Create an offer’ button.
  • Select an offer category
  • Select an offer type.
  • Add a name for your offer.
  • Select a State and enter the name of the suburb where the offer is located.
    Note: for security reasons, we don’t use detailed address locations for offers.
  • Enter the number or capacity of your offer.
  • Enter a description for your offer
  • Add your offer’s conditions, click on the ‘plus button’ if you wish to add more than one condition
  • Select whether you want the offer to display your contact details or not. Note that once a request has been made, you will receive the contact details of the person enquiring about your offer, so it is okay if you prefer to keep your contact details hidden.
  • Click ‘Add Offer’.

5. Make an enquiry.

  • Select an offer from the Offers List or the map.
  • Click the ‘Enquire’ button in the bottom of the offer.
  • Click ‘Send’ on the confirmation popup.
  • You will receive an enquiry confirmation email and the offer owner will contact you shortly regarding your enquiry.
